Saaz International Marketing LLC has developed this Refund Policy to clearly outline the conditions under which a refund may be issued, the procedure for filing a refund claim, and the limitations of our liability in transactions resulting in such claims. By registering for or purchasing any of Saaz International Marketing LLC services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the terms and conditions outlined in this policy.
Coverage & Scope
This Refund Policy applies solely to refunds issued by Saaz International Marketing LLC and/or any websites owned and operated by Saaz International Marketing LLC.
This policy does not extend to the practices of entities not owned or controlled by Saaz International Marketing LLC, including third-party service or product providers bound by contract, or to third-party websites linked from our Site.
Filing a Complaint
At Saaz International Marketing LLC, we approach every project with a results-driven mindset. In the event of dissatisfaction with our service, we strongly encourage all clients to first seek a mutually acceptable resolution through open communication. Refunds are considered a last resort, after all amicable efforts have been exhausted.
If you are considering filing a refund claim, please first contact us at info@saazllc.us to initiate a dialogue. Refund claims should only proceed if resolution efforts have failed.
Eligibility for Refund
Saaz International Marketing LLC is committed to handling each project professionally and following the service agreement. However, if the outcome does not meet expectations and a dispute resolution process has been completed, the following refund guidelines will apply
Application Programming
- A full refund will be issued if the project has not been initiated.
- In the absence of a separate agreement with an explicit refund clause, the following standard applies:
- A partial refund may be issued at Saaz International Marketing LLC discretion if the project is not completed as per the agreed-upon scope. This will be calculated based on the proportion of work completed versus work remaining.
Dedicated Hiring
- A full refund applies if the assigned resource (developer, designer, content writer, SEO specialist, etc.) has not begun work.
- A pro-rata refund will be provided if the client cancels the engagement mid-way.
- No refund will be given for time already spent by the assigned resource. If dissatisfaction arises, the client must immediately inform the Project Manager to seek a remedy (e.g., a discount). Delayed complaints will not be considered for compensation.
Applicability of the Delivery Policy
Please note that all delivery timelines and refund entitlements are contingent upon the following:
- Timely payments: Projects will not be considered void if payment terms are not fulfilled.
- Prompt client communication: Failure to provide necessary feedback or information promptly will nullify refund eligibility.
- Completeness of project information: Incomplete or delayed information provided at the beginning of the project limits our ability to meet delivery and refund obligations.
Saaz will not be liable for any delays unless a specific contractual agreement exists with a penalty clause for delivery failure.
Limitation of Liability
Saaz’s liability is strictly limited to the value of the portion of the project that remains incomplete at the time of the refund request. We will not be held accountable for any direct or indirect losses due to service delays or non-delivery. Refund liability only arises upon formal cancellation of the project by the client, communicated in writing.
Processing of Refunds
All refunds will be processed within five (5) business days of the official cancellation date. Refunds will be issued through the original payment method—whether via credit card, bank transfer, or check.
